It’s not a real tattoo. This took place supposedly quite recently. After you get a real tattoo it is all bloody and gross for a week or so before it heals. Funny idea though.

The numbers themselves are irrelevant. Yes the encryption will be changed. However, what is important is that the entire encryption system has been cracked and can be repeatedly cracked by following the same checksum changes and calculating the new algorithm to determine the new encryption key. The publication of the number is a celebration not a revelation, it is the proverbial shot across the bow of the crypto-facists who increasingly want to quash the freedom of exchange of ideas via the internet. (And the a-holes who encrypt even new plain ol’ DVDs with DRM that locked up my DVD player. Oddly enough the a-holes who produced the disc are the same a-holes that made my now defunct dvd player.)
Tattoo Guy, I hope you are not a tattoo artist or a collector, because if the work you do or the work you get is bloody and scabby to the point of indistinction someone is doing a totally crap job of tuning their machine and blowing out the skin and the lines.

Whether or not this tattoo is real, you cannot tell that from the picture. I have very similar line work on my arms, and, as you can see, even right afterward there was no blood or goo. Once I’d removed the bandage and cleaned it, that was that. So this COULD be legit.
But it would still be retarded.

Why don’t publish the Number with algorithm?

For example: user give the input and algorithm generate a number. Notify user: “Please do not type c0, because it generate the Number! Blah-blah…”

As the co-owner of Good Faith Tattooing, I can honestly say that none of our artists did this tattoo. Bottome line is, we do not know “Rich” and his tattoo is not done very well.
