I am a student at Boston University. I’ve met some great people here, some of whom I consider my closest friends. However, as it is absolutely massive school and isn’t particularly well ranked, there are a lot of d-bags. You know the guys I’m talking about, your typical beer-swilling, Dave Mathews-loving, popped collar, bro-raping, close-minded fucks. Most of the time they’re pretty harmless. Some of them, however, some of them are just fucking douchebags, straight-up. Using facebook, I want you guys to find BU’s biggest douchebag. There are 40,000 people at this school, that means a lot of potential applicants. Tell your friends about this, maybe it will snowball. I’m going to be judging them based on their facebook profiles, which I realize is shallow and immature, but wahhh. You’re also much more likely to score points if you’ve actually seen the DB and can provide an amusing anecdote to accompany the Facebook profile. Put some time into this, you’ll probably win if you can find some small subtlety that really pisses me off.

And I found him in about ten seconds. It gets much, much deeper. He doesn’t seem particularly bad, but the beauty of facebook is the network. Find one, and then look at his friends. It’s a nest of kegstands and coral necklaces.

(I know this isn’t what the blog is supposed to be about and it’s really hypocritical, blah blah blah, whatever. I’ve been having a rough time lately. I meant to write about the state of Creative Commons tonight, I swear. I’m going to to try to keep this site legit.
