Redesign
Bit of a redesign. Thoughts?
Not sure if anybody remembers these, but I’ve found my old blogs from 2002/3 on the internet archive:
7thCircle.com: Which is unfortunately just the splash page, the blog itself is apparently unarchived. It was just my musings on various things and hosting for pictures I made for b3ta.com. I ran it on a home server I made out of an old Dell box I got for fifty dollars. It didn’t have a hard drive, so the entire site was running from a Knoppix live linux distro. I had to reupload the entire site to the server every time it crashed or the power went out. I did the PHP and CSS myself as an attempt at cloning Blogger.
The other site was LeeterThanJesus, which I ran with my friend from England, Chris Patterson. Vaguely political and very b3ta, fueled by a constantly-hacked PHP-Nuke, it was a lot of fun to maintain. It got script-kiddied a few too many times and we both eventually lost interest. Chris is a great guy and I haven’t talked to him in many years, I wonder what he’s doing these days. If you’re reading this by any chance, Chris, please get in touch and let me know how you are and what you’re up to.
I’m in a bit of a winter slump right now and I’m going to be busy with school, but if I can’t manage to sleep I’ll stay up coding some projects. The Anti-RIAA file sorting script I wrote with John Schanck is basically complete, just needs a bit of bugsfixing. Hopefully I’ll have that up in the next week or so. I’ve been interested in wifi lately and would like to write some code for invisible wifi packet sniffing and surveillance. That’ll be next, I suppose.
